Also the name should be removed IMHO: the streets don't "belong" only to the last user, but to the whole project. The same is in Wikipedia: from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Signatures#When_signatures_should_and_should_not_be_used "Edits to articles should not be signed, as signatures on Wikipedia are not intended to indicate ownership or authorship of any Wikipedia article. Rather, the edit history takes care of the need to identify edits with users." IMHO the same should be for every collaborative wiki project as OSM.
