It was another bug in rendering rules, this time missing marker-piste-type-sled and marker-piste-type-nordic markers in some zoom levels. It's fixed now.
You've used batik in jar mode, the fix from previous email was for batik in agent mode (Batik=3 in config file). Batik in agent mode correctly says that rendering failed due to incorrect rendering rules.
