I think i may also have created a spurious request using http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/create/ when i was not sure of the lowzoom process on the new server. I noticed it when randomly browsing user pages. On this user page http://tah.openstreetmap.org/User/show/byid/22/ you can currently see a request for x,y=62,41 zoom=12-17 layer=lowzoom Which matched a z6 lowzoom request I submitted via the request page.
