Those .cut pngs are the intermediary files when optimizing png's. I have 
committed a change this morning that uses full path names. Perhaps that is gone 
now.

Whoa. OK, there was/is a flurry of code reorganizing. I think I am close to 
calming down now and hopefully we can work out all the issues over the nect 
couple of days.
