Which is odd, as 1) we don't lock the directory or any file in there and 2) we don't keep an open filehandle of the dir or any of the files in there. The only suspicion I have now is that when we create the jobdirectory in the first place, it is being created with strict permissions on windows and an rmtree subsequently fails much later.
