Note that the default upload port is 81 which is blocked by many firewalls (or 
even ISPs) so that could be at fault too. Try to remove the port in 
general.conf and see if it works. Unfortunately, using apache on port 80 won't 
work as someting somewhere truncates and corrupts the uploaded zip files 
frequently, then. (must be some timeout at work somewhere)
