No, I solved it :-). It had crashed. Things got a little more unstable since I 
introduced table locking and a few issues might need a bit shakeout.

But, the "done (last hour)" graph was down to 290 which I thought is
odd when the queue is full.

Is it more demanding to process empty tiles?

~3k requests/h -> process 9000 uploaded zip files/h in one thread.

~6000 because those oceantiles were only requested with captionless,tile
