What do you think about the GVT tree idea from previous e-mail? Would
forcing people to use Java worthy if the idea works?

Is is alright for now to make area center preprocessor as osmosis
plugin optional? [EMAIL PROTECTED] will try to run it, but fail silently if 
java is
not available. Also can I include osmosis files directly in [EMAIL PROTECTED]
distribution to avoid OS  dependant classpath hassle?
