There is a lot more fishy there. There are also coastlines that are rendered 
the 
wrong way around.
For example Banda Atjeh at

The coastline is correct so I requested some renders and now it starts to look 
ok.

Who is maintaining oceantiles.dat? I think we need to make an effort to rectify 
this.
