OK, I now think _rasterizer_branch should be ready, except for the
likelyhood of breaking on windows, and perhaps other *nix systems due
to lack of default searchpaths.

I'm expecting it to take a little while to get enough searchpaths that
this works seamlessly and would like to avoid breaking stuff in the
meantime so please, people take a moment to test and tell me what it
could and couldn't find and where your rasterizer binaries are (java
and all the batik-related jars for batik/batikagent and the inkscape
binary for inkscape).

To test switch your svn working copy to tilesAtHome_rasterizer_branch
and set the Rasterizer parameter in tilesAtHome.conf to Inkscape,
Batik or BatikAgent. This replaces the Batik=[123] parameter.
