Hi

I've been thinking for a while that all the osmarender-related things
in SVN are quite a mess. Of course it's this way mostly because all of
this have just grown out of something that once was a small little
project, but I think it's time to do some cleaning.

What I'm proposing is to move things around so it ends up like this:
/applications/rendering/osmarender/:
xslt/ (with osmarender.xsl, osmarender and xsltrans copied from osmarender6)
orp/
tilesAtHome/
png2tileinfo/
stylesheets/
tests/ (I'm working on this)
static-osmarender/
osmarender-frontend/

This would also allow us to cut down on the amount of svn externals
needed, currently a typical svn checkout of many of the
osmarender-related projects will contain many copies of the same code.

The biggest benefit would be a uniform directory layout that would
make it much easier for the different components to reference each
other, and a more intuitive layout (who will, upon downloading or/p
expect that the style sheets it uses are in the xslt directory?)
