Hi

Seems there's a bug with striped rendering, which was probably caused
by me when merging rasterizer_branch with the new stripe
handling.

There is some stuff there that I don't really understand and it seems
to be biting now. Can somebody that understand the coordinate mangling
involved look at sub RenderSVG in Tileset.pm?

It looks like the stripes get put together the wrong way around or
something, but I'm not really sure.

In the meantime: Don't enable RenderStripes in the client config, it
produces broken tiles.
