tah.openstreetmap.org has address 67.159.49.178
server.tah.openstreetmap.org has address 67.159.49.179

I had TomH change the munin entry to point to the new IP. so munin stats should
be up to date now. Thanks for prodding me. I had never bothered to have the
munin thing updated.
