I've done an svn up this morning and when I started I got a message
saying I need to use inkscape 0.46 to use renderstripes=0. I've
checked and I am, so whatever is detecting inkscape version doesn't
work (at least not on Windows).

Updated to revision 11419.

- Using working directory D:\TilesAtHome\tmp
! 'flock' not available. Do not run concurrent uploads
- Pngcrush version 1.6.4
- pngnq version 0.5
- Java version 1.6 is available
- rendering using or/p
! Inkscape version too low, needs to be at least 0.46 for
RenderStripes=0 setting
- rasterizing using SVG::Rasterize::Engine::Inkscape
