Hello Matthias,

running "svn status -q --ignore-externals" produces no output.

And starting the client (using the windows gui tah.pl) has the following 
messages:

1: in the gui window:

Processing... - Using working directory C:\TilesAtHome\tmp

- Java version 1.6 is available

as I wrote before: deleting the config files (in which I only changed 
renderstripes = 4)
solved the problem on my second client.
