>From reality. These mixed tiles represent coastlines not yet in OSM (or errors, e.g. unclosed coastline). But I can't tell you who entered these. I added lots of coastline data at the weekend there and replaced wrong stuff (the automatic coastlines in that area have bad quality. Everyone helping me the remove the blue dots is welcome.
