But can't find the thread... Unfortunately my output buffer only goes back as far as halfway through the error message, so I'm not entirely sure what the error was. It hasn't happened on the 90 odd requests since.
If this has been here before, then I think it may have been suggested that there was a problem with data download. I've not tried rerendering the tile so don't know. It was put back cleanly so presumably has been rendered by someone else since.
