The multipolygon relation was not responsible for the wrong rendering. The
problem was misplaced coastlines. I've changed all coastlines to riverbank
and now it renders correctly. It's sometime also possible to tag such as
natural=water. I've also added the multipolygon relations again and
rerendered all tiles there. Have a look and smile... :-)

Hint: Whenever you see such floaded areas it is most likely a problem with
coastlines. This may have two reasons:
1. There is a coastline within land which is bad
2. The definition in oceantiles.dat is wrong

The first case is very often in the near of real coastlines or within
riverbanks. Just fix them, wait a few minutes and send a render request.

Regards
Andre
