I've not been looking at the map much this weekend, but have noticed a number of these squares this morning (not always grey - sometimes they're blue). I managed to request rerenders of all the local ones which did fix them, but then two broke again when rerendering based on the scheduled change tiles task (I'm guessing) as they were the two I made changes in earlier this morning. So I'm re-requesting those two again.
