I've already updated the API version for the unstable client, see
http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/14650 :)

At least some TRAPIs (which are reachable from the ROMA load balancer)
support 0.6 already, but they may not deliver data until planet diffs
are working.

We might as well shut the entire request queue down as stay on 0.5 I
think, the clients have almost no data sources and none of them
return any new data.

I'm going to switch to 0.6 now, and the clients will get data from the
mirrors when diffs are working again. In the meantime they will at
least get some useful work done with data from the main API.

If the load becomes a problem TomH knows how to deny all t...@h requests,
and the clients will just have to stand still until some data source
is working again.
