I'm pretty sure the coastline is ok because in the 20 or so cases in the last week I've re-rendered locally in xy mode they render fine and I've uploaded them. In the case of the 2 tiles in the above example i have fixed them twice in the last few days with a manual render only for the subsequent automatic render to break them again. I've noticed two different types of the problem as well if it makes any difference. In the case of the above example there appears to be no visible coastline at all.
