According to earlier posts on this list, such as this one: http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tilesathome/2008-November/0 04943.html and this rather long thread here: http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/tilesathome/2008-October/00 4503.html it seems that the informationfreeway changes probably aren't processed, and posting tile numbers that need fixing to this list is probably the easiest way to get them updated.
