This is currently done manually by updating the latest client version
tag about weekly (which should prevent us from using very outdated
styles). It might be easy enough to automate this updating of the latest
client version tag.


I still think the problem is with people that explicitely turn off svn
updating, and in those cases no update system however elaborate it is,
will help us.
