Minutely Mapnik is nice, but then it is under the control and the whim
of OSMF and their policies. t...@h for example as never needed to enforce
download-limitations so far and will still work when the donated server
rack at UCL in London breaks down. So, I still see some value in it. And
if you look at Europe z6, I prefer the t...@h look way over the mapnik one.

That having said, t...@h is certainly less important now than it was 3
years ago. Still, we can experiment with new layers and stuff if anyone
wants to.

Yes, that would be nice to have, but is afaik non-trivial.
