Yes, and no. It was agreed on to make captionless a "default" layer without captions from z12-17 and use captionless-lowzoom for the lowzoom generation. I prepared the server side, someone needs to now push out a new version of the client and modify the stylesheets for captionless. I can then on the server start pushing out job requests for captionless-lowzoom as well. So what you see is an inconsistency while I wait for someone to work on the client side of things :-). pavi, deelkar, petschge?
