Almost 20 years ago when Denmark got a line to the Internet I rewrote
the sendmail.cf of the central hub ("dkuug") overnight to handle not
only X.400, EARN, BITNET, UUCP but now also TCP/IP. Since then
I have maintained that life is too short for sendmail.cf.
