I don't know if this is of interest to anyone, but there is an 18
(perhaps 24) GHz microwave counter on eBay fitted with a Standford PRS10
rubidium atomic standard oscillator.
Bidding starts at $600, but it now of $675.

I paid $450 I think for the oscillator alone only a few months ago, so
getting a microwave counter for a couple of hundred $'s extra don't look
a bad deal.
