Just wanted to let you know that I have updated the Time and Frequency site at www.to-way.com with several new manuals and articles that may be of interest to "time-nuts".
I have a couple more manuals on the way and will add them as fast as I can. Warning, some of these manuals are fairly large. I show the size in each title line so you won't start something you wind up not wanting to finish on a dial up connection. All are in .pdf format.
