I got my prototype ICS525 "Clock-Block" built this weekend, and had a chance to use my friend's HP3048A phase noise system to measure it. I've put the results, plus some other info, at http://www.febo.com/time-freq/hardware/ICS525/index.html .
The bottom line is that the phase noise isn't great, and is quite variable depending on the divider ratios used, but isn't as horrible as I thought it might be. It's not going to make a good LO for your receiver, but for some other applications it could be perfectly acceptable, particularly if you can follow it with some filtering to knock down the wide band noise.
