As I mentioned in a previous message, I have an HP 3816A GPS timing receiver. I was interested in seeing if I could find a way to convert the 19.6608 outputs into being extra 10 MHz outputs.
Well I hacked mine and made a mod that seems to work for me. I'm not sure if this will work for others, as I found some factory installed rework wires right in the area where I made the changes. If someone wants to attempt what I did and doesn't find the same factory jumpers, it might require more snooping like I did.
