I made a quick google search and did find HP 5060A option 004 and high
performance cesium tube in the text. I assumed someone that knows them would
give a propper reply. Do some creative searches and you should find it.

I have only seen the HP 5061A manual, but not the HP 5060A manual online.
Naturally, if someone knew I think several others would care.

I would only be able to give you the 5061A as PDF, but you should have that
one already.
