Google will probably find it. It's probably somewhat out of date but might be a good starting point. There is lots of info at: http://ntp.isc.org/ You might ask at comp.protocols.time.ntp on usenet. I think it's gatewayed to a mailing list at ISC. My quick answers: Plan A; Get expensive commerical box(es). There is a list of vendors at the above URL. Plan B: Build your own NTP servers. B1: Sync them to external servers. You want good ones located nearby. (That's network near, not miles.) B2: Get your own GPS gizmo. The Garmin GPS-18 is popular.
