Bilal, I've seen more than one (old) GR 1383 Noise Generator on eBay for <$30. The one I bought works just fine. They have a calibrated output with a step attenuator & output meter. The noise flatness is specified from 20Hz to 20MHz. I suspect there are other cheap sources along the same line. While this may soune like overkill, it will provide a know level of PM & be easy to repeat.
