This is the new version of Heather...  she does windows of all sizes now.   
There are several supported standard screen sizes.  You can also specify a 
custom screen size with the /vc=rowsXcolumns command line parameter.   

Try it with /vc=1280x768 on the command line.  If it does not come up in full 
screen mode,  F11 should go to full screen.  Or try adding the /F command line 
param. 

If you did something like /vc=1270x740 you should get a window that pretty much 
fills the screen,  but probably won't be able to go full screen with F11.  How 
much border space you have to trim may be dependent upon your video driver...

Note that 1280 pixels wide is a semi-magic screen width that allows more things 
to be drawn on the screen at the same time.  Another threshold is at 1680 
pixels wide.   There are also some compromises made below 768 pixels tall...

There is also a "/" keyboard command where you can enter what are normally 
command line only parameters from the keyboard.  Makes it easier to try 
different things (but see the warning about srceen size changes in the comments 
at the start of heather.cpp
