Hi Chris: Maybe used to be PCB's (yuck) You can use mineral oil, available at your friendly drugstore. Make sure everything is covered, leave a little for thermal expansion, don't need too much airspace. Use 'em on a paper towel, and if they are over full, they'll leak out the pinhole that lurks somewhere :-) on first use...
