Phase noise or ADEV would be well worth checking out. I see no reason why they 
would be a problem, but one never knows until the test is run.

I would suggest *some* resistance to ground on the outputs of the distribution 
amp. Without any R, you can get into ESD issues when you connect a cable. Is it 
a big deal - not really.
