The Z3815A has the famous hockey puck OCXO designed by Rick Karlquist. I have one Z3815A from the seller you mention: it works but, inside, there was heavy rust on the Furuno GPS receiver case. The old Furuno receiver in the Z3815A has the GPS week rollover bug as all the surplus Z-series HP GPSDO's. If you buy either one (Z3816 or Z3815 or both) plan to do some maintenance/cleaning on them.
