Just as idle speculation, I wonder how many time-nuts it would take to
maintain WWVB service.  One in each large city, perhaps, running a few
milliwatts into a long wire, driven from a suitable GNSS-to-WWVB bridge.
The domain edges might have some low-signal regions due to interference
among the multiple coherent sources.  (Disclaimer: this message for
