I'm looking for more details on WWV signals (at the transmitter).
NIST PUB 1383 gives the frequency accuracy of the WWV transmitters as "few parts in 1E13" and time within <100ns of UTC(NIST) but does anyone know of a reference for the allan dev or phase noise over time spans of, say 1-10 seconds.
For instance, are the 5,10,15,20 MHz carriers phase coherent at the top of the second (they all have a positive zero crossing at the same time), or, alternately, is the skew between them fixed (say, due to transmission line length, since they're radiated by different antennas)
One would, of course, need to know the physical distance from your receiver to each of the transmit antennas as well, since they're more than 100 ns (30 meters) apart.
