Hi Nigel, NPL have no involvement with eLoran, the contract for that is from
Trinity House. The site operator is Babcock International........but I doubt
anyone there will admit to knowing what is going on.

UK eLoran has been off air since yesterday evening and with it not being
an "official" service anymore there's no information available, so no way
of knowing if doomsday's finally arrived or it's just a hiccup.
It was taken down recently during the day for the annual maintenance
program, again no announcement but it coincided with the same for MSF so
that was pretty obvious, but MSF is ok at the moment and regular
maintenance is never overnight anyway.
Does anyone in the UK have any contacts, perhaps at NPL, who might know
what's going on?
