The fudge value is generally used to compensate for the channel A vs B internal offsets.
Lady Heather works with the TICC and has an "autotune" function (&a) that can calculate and set the FUDGE and TIME2 parameters. You feed a 1PPS signal into a "T" adapter and feed the T outputs to the TICC via matched cables.
