I'm considering purchasing one of these units, but would like to know just how bad/good is bad/good before I leap. I'd get the most useful info for the case of all modulations OFF, "perfect" external reference, and for a reasonable assortment of RF frequencies (or one frequency plus a statement of the rule governing transfer to other frequencies).
