The common datasheet for this part only seems to tabulate the phase noise specs, but the SiT5356 datasheet has actual ADEV/TDEV plots. For both series there are companion documents for the more common configurations that have more/extended plots including ADEV/TDEV. I seem to remember a whitepaper that had some more information, but I can't find it now.
