fascinating stuff - I'll have to ask some of the older JPLers about this
- I know over the years we have a lot of HP gear with "Option J" for
some idiosyncratic requirement we had. I'd find some piece of test gear
and go looking through the old catalogs (70s typically) for the
description of Option J and it wouldn't be there.
