That would make a great receiving antenna for LOWfers,
but the shipping cost would be quite expensive.

I've got a Hewlett Packard 10509A that is a part of the HP 117A VLF Comparator. 
 I've not used this antenna since March 2013 when WWVB changed the modulation 
scheme and need to move it along or to the curb if no one needs it.
