The problem isn't the GPIB side, but how the adapter connects to your system. If it's a PCI card, you need a driver. The prologic connects via a USB serial chip. It uses one of the popular chips so you probably won't have any problems with drivers. I don't know anything about Timelab. -- These are my opinions.
