[time-nuts] questions about oscilloquartz 10MHz module

I've been using 8663's for years.   I've put many of them in freq counters.   
Their phase noise is fairly good, but not stellar.   Their temperature 
stability is more than excellent.   Aging drift tends to be far better than 
spec.  As with all things OCXO, YMMV
