I think not. If my quick check is correct, there are 29 palandromic dates in "UK" format for 20xx years, but only 12 "US" dates. It does "suck" in the 22xx years, when there are 12 more "US" palandromic dates but of course no "UK" ones. It then "sucks" for both formats until 10-03-3001 when the next "UK" one occurs.
