If the power is cycled on one of these will it always go into attention mode yellow until cleared? Or will it go green continuous operation all in it's own? If one of these has been on the shelf a while is it common for one even with a good tube to report attention yellow for a while until tube pumps down and eventually will the yellow clear on it's own?
