I think that there was something in an old thread that mentioned this.

However, Art’s solution is the best.  It will breathe new life into what has 
otherwise been a good GPSDO.  Fortunately, In the meantime I have a Trimble 
look-alike as a backup so I still have a usable standard for my test gear.
